1. Scope of Work

The scope of work for post-construction cleaning services includes the following:

• Removal of all dust, debris, and residue left behind by the construction process.
• Cleaning of all surfaces, including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and doors.
• Cleaning of all appliances and fixtures.
• Removal of any leftover construction materials.
• Deodorization of the premises.

2. Pricing

The pricing for post-construction cleaning services is based on the following factors:

• The type of cleaning services required.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for post-construction cleaning services is due in full upon completion of the work.

4. Schedule

The schedule for post-construction cleaning services will be agreed upon between the client and the cleaning company..

5. Liability

The cleaning company is not responsible for any damage to the premises that is caused by the cleaning process.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of service will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the client and the cleaning company and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms of service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
